面..
多谢iris的自制红酒, sitiawan面线, 还有她教我的煮法. 我这福建人终于成功煮会
福州人的红酒面线了. 哈哈!!
这应该是冬虫草鸡汤面. 味道还不错.
罗面也称卤面, 记得我下醋太多, 汤底过酸, 不理想, 有带加强.
在有机店吃了几次拌面, 就尝试学做. 面是没问题, 只是汤还差不懂什么的. 再加油!
